  1. Nucleotide positions within the microsatellite loci DNA sequences where respective RTEs were located, and the approximate lengths of the partial RTEs are also provided. Amino acid sequence identity (% Identity) and E-values were ascertained by stand-alone blastx searches against BmRTEs and partial RTEs amino acid sequences (Additional File 3). Multiple insertions of RTEs in close proximity within individual microsatellite DNA loci (DQ225299, AY785062) are also shown.
