The numbers of sites used for constructing the tree are indicated at the bottom right of each tree. An open diamond at a node indicates KALX and KALY differentiation, and the number at the node is the bootstrap value in 500 replications. Filled diamonds indicate gene conversion events. The branch lengths are shown below each branch. A scale bar for the p-distance is indicated at the bottom left of the tree. Sequences on the X and Y chromosome are represented by bold and regular fonts, respectively.
