Lizards were classified to one out of six possible morphs visually (symbols) and the canonical roots (CV1 and CV2) were calculated from the spectral information that we obtained from RGB photographs. Shown are 95% confidence ellipses for the three "pure" or putatively 'homozygous' throat color morphs (O, W and Y).
