  1. The ten bilaterian genera were tested for all 52 introns, two cnidarian genera were tested for 22 and 29 introns respectively. The number of bilaterian genera displaying promising or intron amplifying patterns (P or I) out of the ten genera tested is indicated. The five best introns (10/10 success among bilaterian genera) appear in bold.
