Phylogenetic relationships among frogs. ML trees based on concatenated DNA sequences of (a) complete mt genomes and (b) mt genomes plus nine nuclear genes. Numbers at nodes are support values from maximum likelihood bootstrap (1000 replicates; in percent) and Bayesian posterior probabilities, respectively. A congruent topology was obtained by analysis of nuclear genes only (see Additional file 1, Figure S1).
