The posterior probability for predicting critical amino acid residues responsible for the functional divergence in pairwise comparison within the different groups is plotted against residue position, and the residues where the posterior probability of the site-specific functional shift is larger than 0.7 are highlighted using arbitrary colors on the three-dimensional structure. The structure prediction was made using CPHmodels 3.0 [52].
