The tree was inferred by PhyloBayes based on a supermatrix made of the 24 APC/C components, adaptors/co-activators and main targets inferred to be present in the last common ancestor of eukaryotes (3115 amino-acid positions, 56 species). Numbers at nodes are Bayesian posterior probabilities, filled circles indicate maximum likelihood bootstrap values of 100% (black) or > 95% (grey). The scale bar indicates the average number of substitutions per site.
