θ₁ = effective size of population 2, θ₂ = effective size of population 2, θ_a = effective size of ancestral population, m₁ = migration into population 1 from population 2, m₂ = migration in to population 2 from population 1, τ = splitting time between populations. Splitting time is calibrated against two mutations rates: μ₁ = 5 × 10^-8 [21], μ₂ = 1.5 × 10^-8 [76] adjusted for the number of base pairs in the sequence.
