  1. The AMOVA was performed using 10,000 permutations in ARLEQUIN 3.5. It is indicated the F ST values derived from both microsatellite (below the diagonal) and cpDNA data (above the diagonal and in italics) for each pairwise comparison across estuaries. The asterkisk indicate P < 0.05, after Bonferroni corrections. Underlined values represent the unbiased F ST estimates following the ENA method that correct by the presence of null alleles on F ST estimation (95% CI after 10,000 replicates).
