(B) The same procedure was used to determine the mobility of ϕ6-Fast1. (C) The mobility of the cross (single burst) lysate was quantified. (D) A mixture model was parameterized with the mobility of the environmental strain (from A), in blue, and the ϕ6-Fast1 reference strain (from B), in red, and the model determined the proportion of a third component, in green, which was the estimate of hybridization for that strain.
