The phylogeny containing all samples is shown on the right and the section highlighted in salmon is magnified on the left. Lines are colored based on posterior probability (PP) values generated using MrBayes. Red lines indicate greater than 0.70 PP, black lines represent 0.70 – 0.50 PP, blue lines indicated less than 0.50 PP.
