For each bacterium, the best-fitted generalized linear model (logistic regression) is shown, and was selected on the basis of the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC =117.2 for Rickettsia, 42.48 for Wolbachia A and 22.88 for Wolbachia B).The P-values for respective explanatory variables were obtained with chi-square statistics.
