Correlation between geographic and genetic distance in the study area. The Mantel test shows significant isolation by distance at significance level of 95%. The Mantel r statistic of 0.578 indicates that there is a relatively strong positive correlation between genetic and geographic distance. The p-value < 0.001 indicates that our results are statistically significant at α = 0.05. The chart was implemented by Genepop’007 [47].
