  1. Ordinal logistic regression was based on a model, which contained bacterial strain, worm strain (alternatively worm genotype), and the interaction between the two as factors. The importance of different factors was assessed with the likelihood ratio test. Bold probabilities indicate significance after Dunn-Sidák correction.
