  1. Sequences in boldface were used to reconstruct phylogenies. All sequences except those of Aldolase were used for molecular dating. Cytochrome b sequences whose accession numbers start with AF are 423 bp longer than those starting with DQ and were used to reconstruct phylogenies. Control region, cytochrome b and 16S rRNA are mitochondrial markers, S7 intron and Aldolase are nuclear markers. In some cases, samples from two different localities were used to represent a particular species.
