The branch lengths represent the K n /K s values obtained in model 2c (K n /K s of each external branch were estimated independently, while K n /K s of internal branches were estimated as a constant for each sub-tree.) The dotted line reflects the hypothetical origin of mitochondria from an ancestor common with Rickettsiales.
