The percentage of the 40,000 genomic positions or sites that experience a given number of mutations is plotted for the range 0 mutations through 20 mutations. The data was generated using 100 replicate experiments for each reward structure. Each replicate contributed 400 genomic positions or sites and used an internal branch length of 60 and an external branch length of 600.
