Annotated alignment of a regulatory region of Nanog. An alignment annotated with TFBS predictions from Mapper [1,2] and Genomatix MatInspector [3] of a conserved regulatory region upstream the Nanog gene (chr12:7,833,114–7,833,418, UCSC: Human Mar. 2006 Assembly, see Figure 12). The color of the arrows denoting TFBSs reflect the E-Value, dark blue corresponding to the best, and white to the largest E-Value (i.e. to the E-Value threshold).
