Compotype average frequency and relative frequency for increased error-rates. For each kf value, all simulations were run in a single-lineage mode for 2,000 generations and the frequencies were recorded. Relative frequency is measured against the frequency with the typical value of kf = 0.01. This figure shows the average across all simulations.
