Structural relationships amongst ADAMTS proteins . All ADAMTS proteins share a common protease domain including the peptidase M12B and its active site, and a disintegrin-like, thrombospondin (TSP) type-1 and cysteine-rich domain. Ancillary (C-terminal) domains are variable among the genes as indicated.
