Overexpression of LaoB C-terminally fused to EGFP. E. coli Top10 was transformed with the empty pEGFP vector as positive control (left) and with pEGFP-LaoB (right). Fluorescence values in logarithmic scale without (black) and with (white) induction are depicted. Expression of the fusion protein was induced with 10 mM IPTG after adjusting the OD600 to 0.6. The experiment was performed in triplicate (*** p < 0.001)
