Table 1 Polymorphism in MHC class I linked genes

From: Whole genome duplications have provided teleosts with many roads to peptide loaded MHC class I molecules

  1. Orange cells indicate reported gene polymorphism in MHCI-linked genes from rats [26, 27], chicken [22, 23], frogs [29, 78], medaka and sharks [34] and zebrafish [31]. Grey cells indicate lack of immunoproteasome components [6]. White cells indicate no reported polymorphisms
