Validation of RXLR effector genes’ expression polymorphisms between P13527 and P13626. a RT-PCR experiments performed with cDNA samples from infected potato leaves. Samples were collected from 1 to 5 days post-infection (dpi) with P13527 and P13626. Primers specific for the RXLR effector genes PITG_16294, PITG_01934 and PITG_21131 were used for amplification.
