Rubisco Michaelis-Menten constant for (Kc), maximum rate of carboxylation (kcatc), carboxylation catalytic efficiency (kcatc/Kc), Rubisco per leaf total soluble protein ([Rubisco]/[TSP]), leaf mass area (LMA), leaf thickness and leaf δ13C.
