The yeast and sugar content in the developmental diet has a significant effect on thorax length. Individuals raised on the developmental diet with low (2.5%) yeast or with high (25%) sugar contents have reduced thorax length. Data for each population were analysed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s HSD test (α = 0.05). Plots marked with different letters are significantly different from each other.
