  1. The first number in cells from the first row and the first column reflects cases where the single allelic variant in one lineage is among the allelic variants from the other lineage, and the second number reflects the cases where the allelic variants are different. The mean values for all parameters were calculated for 100 bootstrap samples of 15 E. coli strains and 15 Salmonella strains.
