Positive correlation between ω of the short human-chimpanzee or human-macaque lineage and K_s of the long human-mouse lineage. In cases where genes are binned, all the genes used in the analysis are divided into bins based on ascending K_s (i.e., the first bin contains genes with the lowest K_s values and the last bin contains genes with the highest K_s values, etc.). There are 200 genes per bin except for the last bin, which contains whatever number of remaining genes that is 200 or less.
