Bayesian phylogenetic tree derived from a protein alignment of the catalytic domain of GHF5 endoglucanases from different prokaryotic and eukaryotic lineages, using the WAG model. The posterior probability is given on each node. The tree is rooted with the catalytic domain of two genes from the fungus Trichoderma reesei. The scale bar represents branch length (number of amino acid substitutions/site).
