Genevestigator heat map of Arabidopsis genes with functions and transcription patterns related to senescence, clustered by tissue and expression profile according to transcript abundance. Heat maps represent expression level in Affimetrix® arrays as shading intensity computed in Genevestigator according to the MAS5 normalization algorithm [192]. Genes are colour-coded by broad functional categories and listed in order as shown in Figure 1.
