Parsimony networks of haplotypes in Odontobatrachidae. Networks corresponding to mitochondrial genes 16S (a; N = 133), 12S (b; N = 123), cytb (c; N = 39) and nuclear genes RAG1 (d; N = 38) and SIA (e; N = 47) and BDNF (f; N = 39) sequence variation from analysed samples. The colours correspond to distribution maps (Figure 2) and trees (Figure 1): natator (IL; dark blue), natator (FP; pale blue), OTU1 (red), OTU2 (yellow), OTU3 (green) and OTU4 (orange). Mitochondrial genes (a-c) show un-associated sub-networks and two nuclear genes (e, f) show almost identical haplotypes. The size of the circles is proportional to the number of alleles for each gene.
