Admixture and network analysis. We reported the genetic clustering for K = 2 and K = 3, putative ancestral genotypes. For both K values, we can observe a clear structure of southern and central-northern individuals. Network analysis based on Identity by State distance matrix shows relationships between genetic clusters. Circles represent individuals whereas color represents cluster membership according to the Admixture analysis (K = 2 and K = 3 respectively)
